Insurance

Cambridge Clinic of Chiropractic is in network with virtually all insurance companies. This means that after you have met any deductible or co-pay, your insurance will most likely cover your chiropractic care at our office. If you would like, we can call your insurance company and verify your coverage prior to you receiving any professional services. If you would like to be a new patient and want to have your insurance coverage verified, please bring your insurance card to your appointment and let us know that you want to verify your insurance coverage. No referral is ever needed to consult a chiropractor.

Work or Auto accidents

For work injuries or auto injuries, you may access our clinic directly regardless of your health insurance. If you have been involved in an accident, regardless of whose fault it was, the insurance usually covers your care in full. We will generally wait for payment by the insurance company and you will not pay during your visits.

Medicare

Medicare covers chiropractic adjustments. If you do not have secondary insurance you will probably be required to pay a $6.00 to $8.00 co-pay during each visit. If you have secondary insurance it will probably cover that co-pay charge and you will pay nothing. You are, however, responsible for meeting your deductible (with some doctor) at the first of the year as well as the cost of any non-covered services.

Group or Individual Health Insurance

Health insurance policies vary as to coverage. Almost all cover chiropractic in some way. If your deductible has been met you will be responsible only for your co-pay. Health insurance companies cover our chiropractic care in a way very similar to how they cover your medical care.

Uninsured Patients

Uninsured patients are responsible for the cost of their care. We offer a “time of service” discount which makes care quite affordable. We also have very good credit plans available for those people who need extended care. Feel free to call if you would like to discuss the cost of care prior to your first visit.
